Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Clinical Development Program Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing clinical development projects in accordance with program development strategy.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop, track, and manage the progress of global development projects to defined milestones.
  • Coordinate regular team meeting schedules, draft agendas, and provide meeting minutes, action items, and progress reports according to project management best practices.
  • Work with team leadership and governance bodies to develop project plans and translate detailed scientific information into high-level strategic presentations.
  • Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
  • 7+ years' experience in clinical and drug development in the biotech/pharmaceutical industry or 5+ years with a master's degree.
  • PMP certification a plus.
