Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Front Desk Attendant. This role is responsible for providing exceptional public service to our customers and ensuring a positive experience for patrons utilizing or visiting the Recreation Center, the Miller Activity Complex (MAC), or the Cantril Building.

Key Responsibilities
  • Greets patrons and provides information regarding the recreation facility, programs offered, and schedules in person and via phone.
  • Accepts fees for facility use, registers participants, and collects fees for programs and activities.
  • Makes change for customers and accounts for cash register proceeds.
  • Provides customer service by responding to basic patron concerns and issues.
  • Maintains the cleanliness of the entry and lobby area.
  • Replaces Recreation Center forms and brochures.
  • Performs other duties as assigned or required.
Requirements
  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Six (6) months experience in a public setting providing customer service.
  • A CPR and First Aid Certificate is required, or ability to attain within 30 days.
