About the Role

The JM Hunter Group is seeking a results-driven Branch Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of its local branch. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for driving growth, improving profitability, and ensuring exceptional customer service. Key responsibilities include managing branch operations, supervising sales staff, developing talent, managing budgets, and controlling costs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily branch operations, including supervising outside and inside sales teams.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve sales performance and increase revenue.
  • Recruit, train, and develop high-performing sales teams to achieve sales targets.
  • Oversee budgeting and financial planning processes to ensure optimal performance.
  • Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, stock movements, and sales data.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in a similar role, with expertise in sales, operations, and people management. We offer a competitive compensation package, including a base salary of $115,000, a bonus program, a company vehicle, and an excellent benefits package.
