Role Summary:
We are seeking a Sales Strategy & Enablement (SSE) Coordinator to bolster Intersection's Revenue Team. This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. The SSE Coordinator will play a vital role in supporting revenue-generating initiatives, facilitating team training, ensuring data accuracy, and contributing to various projects. This position offers a valuable opportunity to gain insights into the media industry, collaborate across departments, and develop professionally within the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the Revenue Operations team with special projects, reporting, and research to enhance our evolving business model.
- Support the organization of Sales All Hands meetings and training sessions.
- Draft internal communications and create engaging presentations.
- Maintain data integrity by reviewing new and existing records regularly.
- Conduct competitive analysis in local markets across out-of-home and other media sectors to identify potential clients.
- Compile prospect and lead lists to share with the sales team, driving essential sales initiatives.
- Proactively seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes, technology use, and other business functions.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Highly organized, diligent, and detail-oriented.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong project management capabilities and adept at multitasking.
- Possesses a positive, curious mindset with a proactive approach to learning.
- Comfortable navigating ambiguity and using judgment to complete diverse tasks.
- Demonstrates accountability for both personal and team responsibilities.
- Proficient in Google Suite and possesses basic Excel skills; experience with additional tools is a plus.
- Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience.
- Holds a degree from an accredited institution or equivalent experience.
Compensation: Total Cash Compensation: $50,000-60,000
