Job Title: Senior ServiceNow Developer

At Enterprise Applications Consulting, we're seeking a highly skilled Senior ServiceNow Developer to join our team. As a key member of our ServiceNow practice, you will play a critical role in delivering cutting-edge solutions to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop custom ServiceNow applications to automate and improve business processes.
  • Configure and administer the ServiceNow FedRamp platform to ensure scalability and security.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative solutions that meet client needs.
  • Develop and maintain complex workflows, integrations, and applications using ServiceNow scripting and API.
  • Provide expert-level support and guidance to clients on ServiceNow best practices and platform governance.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience with ServiceNow FedRamp implementation and platform administration.
  • Strong experience with ServiceNow scripting, API, workflow automation, and discovery of enterprise configuration items.
  • Proven experience implementing and configuring various ServiceNow modules.
  • Hands-on experience with integrations using REST, SOAP, and other integration protocols.
  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills to collaborate with clients and internal teams effectively.
  • ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, Certified Application Developer, and Certified Implementation Specialist are preferred.
