About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Developer to join our team at Improvix Technologies, Inc. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in ServiceNow Suite of tools, including Service Catalog, Service Portal, Reports, Incident and Knowledge Base, etc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, configure, develop, and implement baseline and custom applications and enhancements in ServiceNow.
  • Provide architectural input and help maintain stability of the overall platform by ensuring the appropriate design and development standards are always used.
  • Collaborate with business, systems, and Technology partners in business analysis meetings to develop business and systems requirements.
  • Solution and develop requested enhancements to existing ServiceNow applications.
  • Script Business Rules, Script Includes, Client Scripts, ACLs, Workflow Activities, etc.
  • Facilitate and support the rollout of new application and enhancements in ServiceNow.
  • Analyze system performance issues and determine performance enhancements.

Requirements:

  • Strong familiarity and working knowledge of ServiceNow Suite of tools.
  • Demonstrable ability to communicate and listen well with business and technical people, regardless of title, with good self-awareness.
  • Proven developer independent of the ServiceNow platform, with an emphasis on analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Demonstrated competency with IT Service Management, Asset and Configuration Management, ITIL/ITSM, PMP/PRINCE2 practices.
  • Experience working on project teams that leverage Agile/Scrum.
  • Experience with system/software engineering lifecycle principles, translating requirements into functional and technical solutions, application implementation and support, enterprise monitoring.
  • Experience working with large data sets and performing data analysis/modeling to help facilitate and inform management decisions.

Preferred Certification: ServiceNow Developer Certification
