Job SummaryWe are seeking compassionate and motivated Home Care Aides (HCAs) / CNAs / Caregivers to join our team. As a Home Care Aide, you will provide person-centered care to our clients, assisting them with their activities of daily living, such as bathing, toileting, personal hygiene, dressing, ambulation, transfer, companionship, meal planning and preparation, housekeeping, and transportation to and from appointments or social events.
Responsibilities- Bathing and personal hygiene
- Toileting and incontinence care
- Dressing and grooming
- Ambulation and transfer assistance
- Companionship and social interaction
- Meal planning and preparation
- Housekeeping and laundry
- Transportation to and from appointments or social events
- $150 sign-on bonus for a limited time
- Competitive compensation: $18 - $22 per hour depending on certification and experience
- Referral bonuses

- 24-hour support
- Direct deposit
- 1 year of caregiving or related experience
- Negative TB test within the last year
- Willingness to complete a background check and register with the State of California as a Home Care Aide if not already registered
- Driver's license with clean recent driving history and reliable vehicle
- Ability to communicate and write in English
