Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Client Relations Manager to manage existing customers, introduce them to new / upgraded features, and add new program customers through customer service efforts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage existing customers and introduce them to new / upgraded features as it relates to their existing telecommunications services.
  • Add new program customers through customer service efforts.
  • Manage, maintain operations at the office and spearhead sales and marketing efforts of our field offices.
