About the Role

The Account Manager position at Solera, Inc. is a key role in developing, expanding, and maintaining relationships with existing customers to drive customer retention and growth. This position is responsible for driving revenue through strategic sales opportunities with an assigned book of Insurance customers.

The ideal candidate will have a passion for blended solution and technical sales, with the ability to adapt product presentations based on customer needs. They will also possess excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills, as well as self-motivation, analytical, highly organized, and detail-oriented abilities.

Key responsibilities include qualifying opportunities within existing accounts, crafting overall value propositions, driving overall sales, leading negotiations, and closing profitable deals for the assigned region. The candidate will also collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Technology teams to refine and promote effective product marketing and sales communication strategies.

Additionally, the Account Manager will manage and prioritize product enhancement requests from customers, coordinate with the legal team to finalize contracts, and apply discipline and rigor in sales forecasting and revenue reporting.

The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's Degree or equivalent knowledge, minimum 5 years of Insurance sales and account management experience, and a successful track record in selling Insurance P&C software solutions in both service and software models.
