Position Summary
As a Guest Services Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing the guest check-in process, ensuring a seamless experience for all visitors. Your duties will include:
- Verifying guest identity and payment methods.
- Assigning rooms and issuing room keys.
- Setting up accurate accounts tailored to guest preferences.
- Entering loyalty program information and ensuring compliance with rate codes.
- Compiling and reviewing daily operational reports.
- Providing guests with directions and essential property information.
- Addressing guest requests promptly and effectively.
- Processing various payment types and balancing receipts.
- Maintaining a secure cash bank throughout your shift.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will assist management in:
- Training and evaluating team members.
- Motivating and coaching staff to enhance performance.
- Promoting a positive work environment and addressing employee concerns.
Preferred Qualifications
Education: High school diploma or equivalent.
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a related role, including supervisory experience.
Skills: Strong communication skills, ability to handle multiple tasks, and a commitment to guest satisfaction.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $29.00 to $32.00 per hour.
