Job Title: Process Engineer - Wet Milling Technology

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team at Archer Daniels Midland. As a Process Engineer, you will be responsible for ensuring the optimal operation of our wet milling technology, including the Feed House and Mill Process. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading company in the agricultural industry and contribute to the development of innovative solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

* Apply engineering principles to new and existing facilities to improve process efficiency and reliability
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and optimize plant operations
* Develop and maintain a 5-year project portfolio to include capital budgeting, execution, and prioritization
* Work closely with plant operations to solve technical problems and implement new technologies

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Chemistry, or a related field
* Minimum 5 years' experience with plant process systems
* Strong knowledge of process unit operations, including wet and dry milling and co-product processing
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
