Job Title: Senior Project Manager I

Join ADM as a Senior Project Manager I and take on a challenging role that requires strong leadership and project management skills. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and develop project plans, including cost estimates and resource allocation.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Develop and implement project schedules, budgets, and risk management plans.
  • Coordinate with stakeholders, including contractors, vendors, and internal teams, to ensure project success.
  • Monitor and report project progress, identifying and mitigating risks, and taking corrective action as needed.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, such as engineering or project management.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in project management, preferably in the industrial process sector.
  • Strong knowledge of project management methodologies, including cost engineering and key performance indicators.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience working with EPC, EPCM companies, and executing projects under various contractual methodologies.
  • Knowledge of industrial process project planning and scheduling, including multi-craft trades and 'S' Curves.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other resource-loaded scheduling tools.
