Job Title: Senior Project Manager I

At ADM, we are seeking a highly skilled Senior Project Manager I to lead our industrial project initiatives. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing complex projects from initiation to closure, ensuring timely delivery, and meeting project objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Define project scope and develop project plans, including cost estimates and resource allocation.
  • Execute projects according to Front End Loading (FEL) guidelines, ensuring compliance with local legislation and ADM requirements.
  • Manage project risks, scope changes, and ensure timely reporting to stakeholders.
  • Coordinate with contractual partners, including EPC and EPCM companies, to execute projects under various contractual methodologies.
  • Develop and maintain project documentation, including commissioning, training, and maintenance records.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a technical field, preferably with project management engineering experience.
  • Minimum 7 years of experience managing industrial projects of moderate to extreme complexity.
  • Knowledge of cost engineering, key performance indicators, and industrial process project planning and scheduling.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Project, Primavera, or other resource-loaded scheduling tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Experience managing projects within the agri-processing sector.
  • Ability to work with EPC, EPCM companies executing under various contractual methodologies.
  • Execution of multi-year projects experience.
