  • Oversee OT project documentation across all phases of projects.
  • Lead project meetings and provide status updates to the NA Project Engineering Manager.
  • Work closely with GT and Automation leads as well as 3rd party contractors to provide OT support to project teams across all phases of projects.
  • Proactively seek out and propose opportunities for continuous improvement of systems and processes.
  • Carry out continuous personal development, ensuring technical skills are kept up to date and non-technical skills are gained and improved.
  • Work closely with GT and Automation leads as an escalation point, providing OT support to operations teams, assisting with P1/P2 incident resolution.
  • Participate in Off-hours support rotation and project Hyper-care during and for 2 weeks after successful project starts.
  • Provide boots on the ground support for ADM plants - limited PC/end user support, emergency and break fix, planned installations, etc.
Requirements:
  • Minimum of Associates Degree in a technical area (computer science, networking, engineering, Automation, Electrical etc.), Bachelor's Degree preferred
  • 5+ years of experience supporting enterprise-level technology operations and services, network-specific preferred
  • 5+ years of experience in manufacturing environments with a 24/7 operating requirement
