About the Role

We are looking for a talented Regional Sales Manager to join our team at SLT. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving the success of 2 operating studios, with a focus on innovation, client experience, and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive acquisition and retention for the studio in collaboration with the Regional Manager and Marketing.
  • Sell memberships and intro offers to existing and prospective clients to grow studio revenue and utilization.
Client Services
  • Create a concierge-like studio experience with exceptional customer service.
  • Foster relationships to create deeper community bonds across clients, staff, and instructors.
Operations and Staff Management
  • Oversee the day-to-day operations of the studio.
  • Manage studio appearance and cleanliness.
Requirements
  • Management and fitness experience.
  • Sales experience.
  • Strong managerial and interpersonal skills.
