About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Electromechanical Assembler to join our team at Northrop Grumman Mission Systems. As a key member of our precision engineering team, you will be responsible for assembling and testing complex electromechanical systems.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assembly and Testing: Assemble and test precision electromechanical products, including gyros and gear train mechanisms.
  • Quality Control: Perform quality control checks to ensure products meet specified tolerance and standards.
  • Problem-Solving: Identify and solve problems with precision assemblies and correct malfunctions.
  • Prototype Development: Assemble and modify prototype precision units for engineering personnel.
Requirements
  • Education: High School Diploma or equivalent with 2 years of related experience.
  • Certifications: Ability to obtain and maintain a Secret Clearance.
  • Skills: Fine wire soldering experience, ability to work under a microscope, and good hand/eye coordination.
