Position Overview

LHH Recruitment Solutions is in search of a dynamic Client Relations Executive who is enthusiastic about capitalizing on significant growth prospects. The role entails managing existing accounts while proactively developing new client partnerships, which will involve regular travel to connect with clients at various networking events and industry conferences.

Work Environment:

  • Hybrid work structure: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote, with frequent client engagements.
  • Employment Type: Direct Hire.
  • Preferred Work Hours: 8:30 am – 5 pm with flexible scheduling options.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Discover and nurture new client opportunities through targeted marketing initiatives.
  • Formulate strategies to enhance client retention, thereby boosting business and market presence.
  • Establish a strong market presence through participation in networking events, Continuing Legal Education (CLE) programs, and relevant conferences.
  • Address client service inquiries promptly and effectively.
  • Maintain and update a comprehensive client information database.
  • Organize and oversee a statewide event calendar (online).
  • Collaborate with Branch Managers and Counsel to plan and execute CLE events and webinars.
  • Work closely with the management team to achieve desired profitability and market share while innovating new products and services for clients.
  • Adhere to company policies and ensure that financial controls are consistently applied and understood across all levels.
  • Engage actively in state land title associations and other trade organizations, staying informed on title insurance and legal matters affecting operations.
  • Prepare necessary reports and materials for management as required.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by management.
  • Stay updated on services and products offered by the company and its competitors.
  • Follow the policies and procedures outlined in the Company Handbook.

Required Qualifications:

  • Experience in title insurance and commercial/residential real estate.
  • Demonstrated success in business development.

Technical Skills:
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Smart Sheets, Excel, Mass Mailings, and PowerPoint.

Preferred Industry Background:
Title insurance and commercial/residential real estate.
