Job Title: Land Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Land Coordinator to join our team at Lennar Homes. As a key member of our Land Acquisition Department, you will play a critical role in supporting the acquisition, entitlement, and development processes.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the Executive leadership team on land department matters.
  • Prepare, scan, file, and track land contracts.
  • Prepare property disclosure documentation.
  • Manage data and reports for forward strategic land planning.
  • Prepare and manage due diligence and deal flow reports.
  • Provide internal customer service.
  • Oversee new vendor setup, including insurance and tax information.
  • Receive, distribute, and file documents for the department, including ongoing projects and properties under due diligence.
  • Keep electronic budgets updated with contracts, POs, invoices, etc.
  • Send out vendor packages and review for compliance before sending to accounting for corporate approval.
  • Coordinate with accounting to get vendors approved and set up for ACH payment.
  • Data entry of land department invoices to development budgets.
  • Data entry of existing and new contracts into Build Pro.
  • Organize and file all land department paperwork, including invoices and proposals.
Requirements:
  • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience supporting land acquisition, land development, and/or homebuilding.
  • Valid driver's license and good driving record, with valid auto insurance coverage.
  • Computer expertise, including word-processing, spreadsheet analysis, project scheduling, and data management software.
  • Ability to communicate effectively and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
  • Must exercise initiative and achieve objectives with minimal supervision.
  • Must be detail-oriented and a problem-solver able to deal with complex situations.
