We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced accounting professional to join our team at I & MJ Gross Company Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and review financial statements and cash flows for multiple properties
  • Prepare and reconcile bank and general ledger statements
  • Maintain and update fixed asset systems for multiple properties
  • Perform audits and reviews of financial processes and procedures
  • File state and local taxes and ensure compliance
  • Perform year-end closing processes and bank reconciliations
  • Prepare and analyze mortgage and escrow statements
  • Assist with special projects and initiatives as assigned

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or related field
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in accounting and financial management
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and experience with accounting software
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Experience with supervision, job cost, and commercial insurance a plus
