We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Coordinator to join our team at the Bureau of Hepatitis, HIV, and STI. As a key member of our administration program, you will be responsible for the timely processing of procurements and purchasing needs for the Bureau.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate with team and BHHS programs to strategize and streamline processes as they pertain to procurement, purchasing, and operations.
- Review procurement submissions for accuracy and ensure that procurement policies and procedures are followed.
- Liaise with internal and external programs and City agencies accordingly.
- Perform other administrative duties or special projects assigned by supervisor.
To be successful in this role, you will need a baccalaureate degree from an accredited college and two years of full-time satisfactory professional, technical, or administrative experience in one or more of the following fields: program evaluation, contract negotiations/management, fiscal/financial management, or project management.
