Job Overview

WSB LLC is seeking a highly skilled Senior Land Surveyor to join our team. As a key member of our survey operations team, you will be responsible for managing land surveying projects, developing client relationships, and collaborating with project managers and clients to ensure successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage land surveying projects to meet schedules and budgets
  • Develop and maintain client relationships
  • Coordinate with project managers and clients on project progress
  • Work with field and office staff to develop an efficient team approach to survey operations
  • Prepare proposals and cost estimates for survey projects
  • Draft and review legal descriptions and sub-division plats

Requirements:

  • North Dakota Registered Professional Land Surveyor license
  • Five years of experience in land surveying
  • Three years of experience with AutoCAD Civil 3D or MicroStation
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Self-motivated and organized with the ability to manage projects from conception to completion
