Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate with healthcare providers to enhance our care delivery process and elevate the quality of services offered.
  • Provide clinical leadership and oversight to Nurse Practitioners.
  • Ensure compliance with Medicare, Medicaid, Tricare, and various Commercial Insurance regulations and standards.
  • Serve as the medical authority in interactions with vendors and non-medical entities associated with the organization.
  • Oversee activities related to medical care delivery, including cost management, utilization review, quality assurance, and the development of medical protocols.
  • Engage in administrative and clinical staff meetings to promote effective communication and collaboration.
  • Uphold the confidentiality of all participant and staff information.
  • Foster positive relationships with colleagues and supervisors.
  • Supervise the recruitment and credentialing processes for group physicians.
  • Formulate and implement policies and procedures to enhance operational efficiency.
Qualifications
  • Must possess a valid medical license in the state of Indiana.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
  • A minimum of 10 years of experience in clinical practice.
  • Proficient in entering data into electronic health systems and generating reports as needed.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a healthcare administration capacity.
  • Demonstrated judgment, problem-solving capabilities, and cognitive skills.
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
  • Current knowledge of mental and behavioral health practices, particularly in medication management.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with licensed clinical social workers.

This position is remote.
