Job Summary

Auto Inc is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Salesperson to join our team. As a Salesperson, you will be responsible for selling vehicles and meeting sales targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales and Customer Service: Meet and greet customers, understand their needs, and provide them with excellent customer service to ensure a positive sales experience.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up-to-date with new and existing vehicle models, features, and technologies to effectively communicate with customers and meet their needs.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, and maintain a strong pipeline of potential customers.
  • Communication and Negotiation: Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, negotiate sales, and ensure a smooth sales process.
  • Administrative Tasks: Maintain accurate records, complete paperwork, and perform other administrative tasks as required.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Previous sales experience, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong product knowledge, and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical Demands: Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to 75 pounds, and work in a fast-paced environment.
