Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist customers entering the dealership showroom or sales area
  • Provide customer service and sales support via electronic and phone communication
  • Engage with customers to identify their vehicle needs and input their information into our system
  • Present product features, applications, and benefits to potential buyers
  • Inform customers about optional equipment available for purchase
  • Participate in product and sales training sessions
  • Stay updated on new products, features, and their advantages for customers
  • Complete sales orders and manage paperwork according to dealership policies
  • Prepare sold vehicles for customer delivery prior to their arrival
  • Follow up with customers post-purchase to ensure satisfaction
  • Set personal income goals aligned with dealership productivity standards and strategize to achieve them
  • Maintain a system for prospect development
