Responsibilities
  • Delivering exceptional nursing care as an RN in various post-acute care settings.
  • Collaborating with medical staff to monitor care options and outcomes.
  • Developing individualized care plans in partnership with residents and healthcare teams.
  • Ensuring adherence to established care plans and nursing standards.
  • Setting up and overseeing medical equipment effectively.
  • Administering appropriate treatments and medications to residents.
  • Conducting lab evaluations through bodily fluid collection.
  • Engaging with residents and families to discuss care options.
  • Maintaining compliance with facility policies and nursing regulations.
  • Supervising the accurate documentation of patient histories and interventions.
  • Providing mentorship and training to nursing and support staff.
  • Assisting with incident investigations as needed.
Qualifications and Skills
  • Active Florida state license as a Registered Nurse (RN).
  • Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
  • A minimum of 6 months of experience in a nursing role.
  • Strong organizational and leadership capabilities.
  • Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs.
