Job Summary

Vericel Corporation, a leading biotechnology company, is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Care Associate to join our team. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide product information in a timely and professional manner.
  • Order Management: Process customer orders, manage inventory, and ensure timely delivery of products.
  • Account Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, identify opportunities for growth, and develop strategies to increase customer satisfaction.
  • Training and Development: Provide training and support to junior team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to provide excellent customer service.
  • Process Improvement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for process improvement and implement changes to enhance customer experience.
Requirements
  • Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related field.
  • Experience: 2+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in MS Office suite.
