Key Responsibilities

Technical Assistance: Deliver specialized technical support and advisory services for the Command Central AWARE system and its integrations.

Travel & Remote Support: Collaborate on the creation of standard operating procedures (SOPs), process exploration, and inter-jurisdictional data sharing, both remotely and on-site.

Diagnostics & Evaluation: Conduct system diagnostics, performance assessments, and root-cause analyses to propose enhancements.

Process Optimization: Spearhead initiatives aimed at refining operations and resolving critical challenges.

Data Integration: Skillfully manage various data inputs and ensure their successful integration into the system.

Desired Skills

• Proficient in IP Video Surveillance, ONVIF, RTSP, H.264, and VMS software.
