About This Role

Tria Federal is seeking a skilled Facilities Manager to support the Naval Surface Warfare Center, Port Hueneme Division, Facilities Department in Port Hueneme, CA.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and develop recommended solutions for long-range facilities and lab requirements
  • Attend regular meetings for work assignments and status reporting
  • Perform daily building and grounds inspections for facility functionality, cleanliness, safety, environmental, security, maintenance, repair, and project needs
  • Assist with posting signage and submitting facilities service tickets in Service Now maintenance software
  • Develop and submit work order requests for routine, urgent, emergency service calls and work packages
  • Provide building access and escort services for NAVFAC technician and commercial vendor personnel
  • Maintain facilities building representative documentation and assist with organizing and participating in periodic departmental facilities update reviews
Requirements
  • 2-4 years of experience in facilities management
  • MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) skills
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills
  • Professional certifications not required
  • Must be a US Citizen with an Active Secret security clearance or ability to obtain one
What We Offer

Tria Federal offers a comprehensive compensation structure, including competitive base salaries, performance-based incentives, spot bonuses, and referral bonuses.

The projected compensation range for this position is $58,000 to $62,000 (Annually USD).
