Job Description

As a Service Desk Analyst at Associa, you will play a critical role in providing exceptional customer service to our employees. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, diagnose, and troubleshoot incoming calls and emails related to technical problems and information technology issues.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide timely resolution of technical problems or escalate on behalf of the customer and ensure their satisfaction
  • Provide case status updates to management and end-users
  • Supports and maintains effective relationships with users
Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of related work experience, AA degree, or technical training preferred or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Previous Service Desk or Call Center experience
  • A+ Certified - Preferred
