Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience in agency media planning and buying.
  • Strong knowledge of traditional and digital media planning, including programmatic, social, and search platforms.
  • Proficiency in media planning tools such as Mediaocean, Comscore, or related.
  • Experience managing client budgets, negotiating with media vendors, and presenting media recommendations and strategies to clients.
  • Excellent analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Experience mentoring team members.
  • Must be a US citizen or Green Card holder.
