Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Manufacturing Technician to join our team at Coherent Aerospace & Defense. As a key member of our optical systems manufacturing team, you will be responsible for designing and supporting assembly procedures and techniques for Electro-Optics and Opto-Mechanical assemblies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and support assembly procedures and techniques for Electro-Optics and Opto-Mechanical assemblies
  • Document developed procedures and cross-train other technicians
  • Support the transfer of developed processes into production
  • Generate test records and reports
Requirements
  • A/S degree
  • 8 years related experience or years direct experience with similar manufacturing assembly operations minimum
  • IPC J standard solder certified preferred
  • Clearable to Secret level
