Transplant Nursing Coordinator Position at a Leading Medical Center

HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's, a premier healthcare provider in the Rocky Mountain region, is seeking a skilled Post Transplant RN Coordinator to join its team.
This rewarding role plays a critical part in ensuring seamless patient care and navigation through the transplant process.
As a key member of our interdisciplinary team, you will be responsible for coordinating and directing the care of post-transplant patients, including liver, kidney, and pancreas recipients.
You will work closely with transplant surgeons, nephrologists, pulmonologists, and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive and personalized care.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in nursing, preferably in a specialty setting, is required. Previous transplant experience is also desirable.
We offer an attractive salary estimate of $90,168 - $128,918 per year, depending on experience.
