Job Summary

This position supports the mission of Presbyterian/St Luke's Medical Center by expanding beyond traditional medical needs to cater to the whole person. The post-transplant coordinator oversees and directs the care of transplant patients, ensuring well-coordinated patient care through collaboration with all disciplines.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse
  • BLS - Healthcare provider
  • Associates degree in nursing required; Bachelor's degree or higher preferred
  • Minimum 3 years experience in specialty preferred
  • 1 to 3 years transplant experience preferred

Estimated Salary Range

The estimated salary range for this position is $90,168.00 - $128,918.40 per year, based on industry standards and location.
