Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Transplant Surgery Unit at HCA HealthONE Presbyterian St. Luke's. This role requires a skilled nurse who can provide high-quality patient care, collaborate with the multidisciplinary team, and contribute to the achievement of departmental goals.

Responsibilities
  • Deliver comprehensive nursing care to patients undergoing transplant surgery, including pre-op, intra-op, and post-op phases.
  • Collaborate with surgeons, anesthesiologists, and other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination.
  • Monitor and manage patient vital signs, administer medications, and perform surgical site preparation as needed.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure informed decision-making and optimal outcomes.
Requirements
  • Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) degree from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse.
  • At least one year of experience in acute care, preferably in transplant surgery or a related field.
  • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification upon hire.
  • Ambulatory Care Certification (ACCN) preferred but not required.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated hourly wage range for this position is $34.67 - $49.59. Our comprehensive benefits package includes:
