HCA HealthONE Presbyterian/St. Lukes is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse to join our Solid Organ Transplant/Complex Surgical department.

Job SummaryThis position requires a registered nurse to provide exceptional care to a variety of intermediate-level patients, including those undergoing solid organ transplants. As a primary nurse and/or care coordinator, you will lead the collaboration of all disciplines for well-coordinated patient care.
The ideal candidate will have strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care, including assessing patients' physical and emotional needs, developing and implementing individualized care plans, and evaluating the effectiveness of care.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and address any concerns or issues that may arise.
- Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with best practices and advancements in the field of transplantation and critical care.
To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must:
- Hold a valid RN license in the state of Colorado.
- Have a minimum of 1 year of experience in a similar setting.
- Obtain Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS) certification within 90 days of employment start date.
- Obtain Basic Cardiac Life Support (BCLS) certification within 30 days of employment start date.
We offer a competitive salary range of $32.16 - $48.24 per hour, based on experience.
