We are excited to present an opportunity for a Senior Treasury Operations Specialist at Forge Search. This pivotal role involves overseeing the execution of treasury initiatives and enhancing processes across all treasury operations.

The Senior Treasury Operations Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting all dimensions of Treasury Operations and Capital Markets functions. This position will also contribute to shaping the treasury technology strategy by pinpointing areas for workflow, system, and process enhancements.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Efficiently manage bank accounts and daily cash operations across various entities, including the administration of advances, repayments, and borrowings under the organization's credit facilities, along with managing cash flow reporting and funding procedures.
  • Formulate strategic plans for operational functions and oversee the development of related processes and protocols.
  • Promote standardization, automation, and enhancements across all treasury functions.
  • Ensure the organization possesses the operational frameworks and procedures that meet current and future requirements for loan performance and financial reporting for both internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and other internal departments to integrate liquidity and capital planning, providing analytical support for the organization's growth and new product development strategies.
  • Oversee the execution of large-scale treasury initiatives.
  • Assist in evaluating the organization's loan portfolio, including leading the compliance and reporting processes on a quarterly and annual basis.
  • Prepare liquidity forecasts for the short and medium term.
  • Act as the primary liaison for addressing and resolving funding and contract discrepancies.
  • Conduct ad hoc financial and business analyses as required.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • A minimum of a bachelor's degree is required.
  • At least three (3) years of experience in treasury or banking operations.
  • Proficient in SQL and familiar with office productivity tools including word processing, spreadsheets, and graphical presentation software.
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to take initiative, identify needs, recommend improvements, implement solutions, and assess the effectiveness of changes.
