Senior Data Scientist Opportunity

Harnham is excited to present a senior data scientist position at a leading technology company in Fort Worth, Texas. This role offers a unique opportunity to drive data-led marketing and best practice data governance.

The Role

As a senior data scientist, you will be responsible for developing scalable analytics tools, including production models, statistical modeling, optimization, and marketing science research to drive the performance of advertisements. You will also address key growth challenges and provide insights for cross-channel optimization, targeting optimization, and A/B testing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement data-driven solutions to drive business growth
  • Collaborate with internal and external leadership to drive data-led marketing and best practice data governance
  • Work in cross-functional teams to implement and improve on data solutions
  • Develop and maintain advanced analytics models and tools
Requirements
  • 4+ years of experience working in data science or advanced analytics
  • Excellent understanding of modeling techniques such as regression, deep learning, causal inference, mathematical optimization, etc.
  • Advanced-level SQL with a track record of working with large datasets in a cloud environment such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Strong Python skills
  • Exposure to TensorFlow and Spark
Benefits
  • Competitive salary between $140,000 and $170,000 depending on experience
  • Hybrid working with between 2 and 3 days per week in their modern Fort Worth office
