Position Summary: As a Sales Associate, you will engage directly with customers in the retail area and at the point of sale. Your role is crucial in ensuring that all customer service needs are addressed while also encouraging additional sales of products and services whenever possible. You will be a key player in delivering the exceptional service that defines our company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers as they enter the store and provide them with necessary information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and friendliness.
  • Identify customer needs through effective questioning and offer suitable options.
  • Collaborate with team members on housekeeping and other assigned tasks.
  • Recognize when customer interactions require management assistance.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, risk management, quality assurance, and cash handling protocols.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the workplace.
  • Exhibit teamwork to help achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity and follow all company policies.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and outgoing demeanor.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to learn about automotive parts and their relevance to customer purchases.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
