Position Overview: As a Sales Associate, you will play a crucial role in engaging with customers directly in the retail space and at the point of sale. Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly as they enter the store and provide necessary information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries with enthusiasm and friendliness.
  • Engage with customers to identify their needs and offer suitable options.
  • Collaborate with the team on housekeeping and janitorial tasks as outlined in the task list.
  • Recognize when customer interactions require management assistance.
  • Adhere to loss prevention, risk management, quality assurance, and proper cash handling protocols at all times.
  • Promote a culture of safety within the company.
  • Work cohesively with team members to achieve collective goals.
  • Maintain a high standard of integrity and professionalism.
  • Follow all company policies and procedures diligently.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a positive and outgoing demeanor.
  • Availability to work retail hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Willingness to engage in hands-on tasks.
  • Reliable transportation is essential.
  • Proficient in reading, writing, and speaking English; bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
  • Ability to learn and identify automotive parts to assist customers effectively.
  • Previous retail experience is preferred but not mandatory.
  • Consistent attendance and punctuality are required.
