Job Description

Overview
PNC Financial Services Group is seeking a skilled Branch Manager to lead our team in Murfreesboro, NC. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead all aspects of branch performance, driving revenue and customer loyalty through consultative interactions with clients and solutions that help them achieve financial well-being.
  • Collaborate with a broad range of ecosystem partners to create a differentiated customer experience, making banking easy in an omni-channel environment.
  • Build a high-performing team through the attraction, onboarding, coaching, and development of branch team members.
  • Utilize a branded sales process to achieve sales targets and customer loyalty, growing branch revenue through the acquisition and share-of-wallet growth of consumer and business households.
  • Manage and coach to the delivery of a differentiated client experience, connecting all of PNC to deliver a seamless customer experience in an omni-channel environment.
  • Drive the employee experience, responsible for acquiring and retaining talent through effective onboarding, coaching, and development, ensuring employees achieve performance and activity expectations through effective and ongoing performance management.
  • Manage operational, human capital, reputational, and business risk, exercising leadership, authority, and sound decision-making to mitigate sales practice risk.

Requirements
  • Accountability, Banking, Client Counseling, Customer Experience (CX), Customer Loyalty, Decision Making, People Management, Proactive Approach, Results-Oriented.
  • Branch Banking Services, Digital Awareness, Effective Communications, Managing Multiple Priorities, Sales Management.
  • Roles at this level typically do not require a university/college degree, but do require related experience or product knowledge to accomplish primary duties.
  • Typically requires 3+ years of related experience.
