We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused Memorial Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our front-line staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our members, handling a variety of tasks, and working closely with our team to achieve our goals.

• Provide top-notch customer service to members, responding to their inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
• Manage front-desk operations, including greeting members, handling transactions, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace.
• Assist with member transactions, such as account maintenance, deposits, and withdrawals.
• Work closely with our team to achieve sales and service goals, promoting our products and services to members.
• Stay up-to-date on credit union policies, procedures, and products to provide accurate information to members.
• Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge.

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.
• Basic computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
