Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of technicians and operators to ensure efficient and effective completion of jobs
  • Plan, organize, and coordinate daily operations to meet client requirements and company policies
  • Ensure compliance with all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
  • Provide training and development opportunities for team members
  • Monitor and maintain equipment to ensure optimal performance and safety
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in the industrial cleaning industry, with prior supervisory experience preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge, skills, and ability in people management and leadership
  • Strong knowledge of operating equipment used in industrial cleaning services
  • Ability to comprehend the English language, written and verbal
  • Mechanical aptitude and experience troubleshooting equipment is preferred
  • Current certification as an authorized company driver
  • CDL with endorsements, strongly preferred
