Key Responsibilities
  • Direct and coordinate maintenance activities to ensure the efficient and safe operation of manufacturing facilities
  • Develop and implement maintenance plans and schedules to minimize downtime and maximize productivity
  • Lead and motivate a team of maintenance technicians to achieve high levels of performance and quality
  • Collaborate with production teams to identify and resolve maintenance-related issues
  • Develop and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in maintenance leadership or supervisory roles
  • Proven track record of success in maintenance operations, including experience with electrical systems, electronics, fabrication, hydraulics, injection molding, mechanical drives, pneumatics, robotics, stamping, welding, assembly, and conveyor systems
  • Strong knowledge of industrial technology and maintenance practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Preferred Qualifications
  • Associate's degree in Maintenance, Industrial Technology, or related field
  • Skilled Trades journeymen status or certification from trade school, technical college, or apprenticeship
  • Experience with Toyota Production System (TPS) and lean manufacturing principles
Work Environment

This position will be based in Hopkinsville, KY, and will require occasional travel to other Toyota Boshoku facilities for training and benchmarking activities.
