Customer Experience Excellence

Take charge of the sales floor and the sales team, prioritizing customer satisfaction above all else.
Prepare fitting rooms, assist customers in finding the right sizes, and provide honest, informed feedback regarding merchandise style and fit.
Building Relationships
Develop lasting connections with customers by engaging them in discussions about product specifics, new arrivals, and restocks, while inviting them to future events.

Store Maintenance
Lead the team in daily store upkeep, including restocking merchandise, maintaining visual displays, and ensuring cleanliness.
Exercise utmost responsibility and adherence to safety protocols during store opening and closing procedures.
Encouraging Excellence
Under the guidance of the Retail Store Manager, inspire team members to consistently perform at their best, maintaining punctuality and fulfilling their responsibilities.
Operational Tasks
Conduct weekly manual restocking and report findings to inventory management.
Perform weekly inventory counts and assist in processing shipments.
Ensure that all store supplies are adequately stocked and communicate needs regularly.
Manage online returns and defective products, ensuring they are shipped to the warehouse as required.
Maintain organization in the back room and ensure that all merchandising standards are upheld on the sales floor.
