Club Membership Manager

Job Summary:
The CLUB Membership Manager is a key leadership role at Cabela's, responsible for driving the success of our customer loyalty program. This role requires a strong focus on customer experience, sales, and leadership.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the CLUB customer experience, including promoting current CLUB cost savings programs and ensuring that all retail leadership team members and outfitters are knowledgeable about current CLUB promotions and programs.
- Build strong and collaborative relationships with the General Manager, fellow managers, and outfitters to gain credibility and influence, and to motivate and inspire outfitters to deliver an outstanding CLUB customer service experience.
- Lead by example, serve as a role model and coach for peers and outfitters, and facilitate CLUB 101 training with all new Outfitters during the onboarding process.
- Support Outfitter recognition by implementing the Members Only program and creating store-level CLUB recognition and engagement initiatives to build a CLUB culture.
- Design and execute strategies to help meet key CLUB metrics, review and analyze CLUB reporting daily for key performance metrics, and partner with the General Manager to develop and lead execution of corrective action plans for improving key metrics being missed.
Requirements:
- 2 to 4+ years of sales, management, or leadership experience.
- Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, commissions, and percentages.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
- Ability to interpret a variety of other financial, legal, and technical information.
- Ability to read and analyze certain reports, write reports and business correspondence, and effectively present information and respond to questions from Managers, associates, customers, and the public.
- Proficiency with PC-based word processing, spreadsheets, data-based management, and electronic point of sale and inventory management systems.
- Demonstrated strong interpersonal skills and the ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with co-workers, associates, customers, and with the Corporate Staff.
