Spa Receptionist

Job Summary

The Country Club of Virginia is seeking a highly skilled Spa Receptionist to join our team. As a key member of our Spa team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our members and guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Answer and return phone calls in a timely and professional manner
• Schedule appointments for both Spas, ensuring efficient use of time and resources
• Greet members and answer questions in a friendly and courteous manner
• Sell products and services to members and guests, meeting sales targets and exceeding expectations
• Assist Spa employees with room set-up and restocking of linen, towels, and supplies, maintaining a clean and organized environment
• Provide members with information regarding Spa services and products, promoting our offerings and driving sales
• Order supplies and track inventory of Dermalogica products, ensuring we have the necessary resources to deliver exceptional service
• Keep monthly participation figures and revenue sheets, providing valuable insights to management
• Assist in the training of new employees and interns, as needed, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
• Attend staff meetings, staying informed and engaged with the team
• Assist with billing and miscellaneous tasks assigned, ensuring accurate and timely completion
