About the Role

Main Street America Insurance, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients and business partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolution to service issues and concerns.
  • Sales Support: Educate clients and advisors on new services, systems, and procedures, and provide guidance on company and product policies and systems.
  • Business Development: Consult and counsel with prospective customers to sell insurance products, utilizing knowledge of products and underwriting guidelines to match coverage needs to available products.
  • Relationship Building: Foster strong relationships with customers, internal partners, and external business partners to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements
  • Commercial Lines Insurance Expertise: Strong background in commercial lines insurance, with a demonstrated ability to provide customer-driven solutions and support.
  • Customer Service Experience: Proven experience in a customer service environment, with a focus on active listening, de-escalation techniques, and building rapport.
  • Insurance Product Knowledge: In-depth understanding of specific insurance products, including coverages, exclusions, limitations, and pricing.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Preferred property and casualty license.
