About the Role

Main Street America Insurance, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Senior Customer Service and Sales Representative to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and sales support to our clients and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing timely and effective resolution to service issues and concerns.
  • Sales Support: Educate clients and advisors on new services, systems, and procedures, and provide guidance on company and product policies and systems.
  • Consultative Sales: Utilize a consultative sales approach to provide insurance solutions that meet customer needs, and engage with potential and existing customers to assess their insurance needs and recommend appropriate products and coverage.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of commercial lines insurance products, including coverages, exclusions, limitations, and pricing.
  • Team Collaboration: Serve as a peer mentor to other team members and collaborate with internal partners to resolve customer issues and concerns.
Requirements
  • Commercial Lines Insurance Experience: Strong background in commercial lines insurance, with a demonstrated ability to provide customer-driven solutions and support.
  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to take the lead and guide customers to resolution.
  • Communication Skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Licenses and Certifications: Preferred property and casualty license.
