Job Overview

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at LTS Security Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.

Main Responsibilities
  • Identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and account management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as needed.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
  • Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.
Essential Requirements
  • 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software a plus.
