Business Development Representative

We are looking for a motivated Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team at LTS Security Inc. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth, developing new business relationships, and delivering exceptional customer service.
Main Responsibilities- Identify and pursue sales opportunities through proactive outreach, lead generation, and account management.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing customers to drive repeat business and upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services, resolving customer complaints, and escalating issues as needed.
- Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments to inform sales strategies and improve performance.
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets, maintaining a high level of professionalism and integrity throughout the sales process.
- 1+ years of experience in sales or a related field.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as Business, Marketing, or Communications.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, with experience using CRM software a plus.
- Competitive base salary: $65,000 - $85,000 per annum.
- Uncapped commission structure based on sales performance.
