Sales Focus Inc., the pioneering sales outsourcing firm, is seeking an accomplished Outside Sales Representative on behalf of our esteemed client Constellation Energy. This full-time position involves driving sales growth outside traditional office environments, catering to businesses across the US.

This role requires a self-motivated individual who can build relationships with decision-makers, provide industry-leading energy services, and offer tailored solutions to meet their needs. The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have:
  • A proven track record in sales, preferably in the energy sector
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to connect with clients and colleagues alike
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • A flexible attitude, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines

Competitive Salary Package: Our company offers a competitive salary package, including:
  • A base salary of $60,000 per annum, negotiable based on experience
  • A performance-based commission structure, with uncapped earning potential up to $80,000+
  • A comprehensive benefits package, including 10 paid holidays, 2 weeks of PTO, and health, dental, and vision plans
  • A 401(k) plan, available after 1 year of service
